02 / SERVICE

API integrations that make systems work together.

Re-entering the same information in different systems creates extra work and room for errors. We examine the available interfaces, data ownership and business events before designing a connector that fits the agreed scope.

01 / WHAT WE DELIVER

Integration work, from contract to connection

01

API assessment

Review documentation, environments, authentication and service limits.

02

Defined endpoints

Specify or develop a narrow connection where the systems permit it.

03

Webhook handling

Decide how events, retries and duplicate notifications are managed.

04

Application connectors

Link websites, CRM or commerce systems under approved access.

05

Field mapping

Define transformations, required data and validation rules.

06

Tests and documentation

Record failure behaviour, monitoring needs and handover instructions.

02 / TYPICAL DELIVERABLES

A connection with a clear contract

A scoped project may include a system inventory, data-flow map, interface specification, connector, test scenarios and maintenance notes. Authentication secrets are handled through an agreed secure channel, never through a website enquiry.

03 / WHO IT IS FOR

For businesses with disconnected data

Suitable for teams duplicating data entry, product owners needing a specific connection and agencies that need an integration documented for their project. We assess unsupported systems before promising an implementation.

04 / HOW WE WORK

Six steps to an agreed data exchange

Scope depends on documentation and access.

  1. Identify systems, owners and events.
  2. Check APIs, permissions and rate limits.
  3. Agree fields, authentication and failures.
  4. Build a bounded connection in a controlled environment.
  5. Test valid, invalid, repeated and failed events.
  6. Document operation and ownership.

05 / FAQ

Integration questions

What if one platform has no public API?

We assess approved exports, partner access or other supported routes before recommending a solution; unsupported scraping is not assumed.

Can an existing API be used?

Yes, subject to its documentation, licence and permitted access.

How are failed requests handled?

Validation, logs, safe retries and exception handling are considered according to the transaction risk.

Can you document someone else’s connector?

This may be possible if the owner provides relevant code, settings and access.

Are vendor subscriptions included?

No third-party platform or hosting commitment is implied; any required charge needs separate approval.

02 / APIS & INTEGRATIONS

Which systems need to exchange what information?

Send the system names and business outcome, without passwords or API keys. We will identify the questions needed for a scoped proposal.
